Paulette is Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Simon-Kucher’s New York office. She has over 30 years of experience researching and consulting on DEI-related issues, as well as heading organizational DEI functions. She is a published author, appearing on the global speaking circuit and in national and international media. She has served in leadership roles at corporate and non-profit organizations, including: Global Head of D&I at Micron Technology; Global Head of D&I and Ombudsman at McKinsey; Americas Regional Head of D&I at Credit Suisse; and Senior Manager, Diversity Change and Communications at Booz Allen Hamilton. She served as Board Chair of the Black Culinarian Alliance, and 10 years as Senior Director of Research at Catalyst (a nonprofit research and consulting firm dedicated to advancing women in business). During that time, she also served as Chair of the Catalyst Award Committee, leading a cross-functional team in examining over 150 D&I efforts for effectiveness, impact and sustainability.
Paulette has a PhD and MA in Political Science from the University of Maryland and a BA in Film Studies and Political Science from Temple University.
